The new National Museum with security solutions from Rapp Bomek

In May, Rapp Bomek signed a contract with Statsbygg to deliver security doors, gates and hatches to The new National Museum.

We are working closely with Statsbygg to deliver security doors, gates and services in the final stages of completion of The new National Museum. Approximately 900 doors, hatches and gates will be delivered. The security solutions will be produced at our production sited in Kapp and Bodø.

– The new National Museum is a prestigious building with considerable security needs. We are proud to be a part of completing such an important project, says Marius Stormoen, Project Director at Rapp Bomek.

Rapp Bomek CEO, Kurt Kristoffersen sees an increasing demand for products such as those developed for The new National Museum, and similar projects in Scandinavia. We are now working to find partners for sales, distribution and installation of Rapp Bomeks’ products in Sweden and Denmark.

The Norwegian Security Act, means the need for high quality security doors, windows and hatches for public buildings, such as museums, public administration offices, police and military locations is increasing in Norway. The same applies for infrastructure such as water supplies, tunnels and distribution centers for electricity, says Rapp Bomek CEO, Kurt Kristoffersen.
