What personal data is being processed by Rapp Bomek?
Customer and supplier information
Rapp Bomek deals with personal information about customers and suppliers, as well as any third party required for the performance of contractual obligations. The information being processed is contact information about customers and suppliers. Contact information means name of contact, email address, phone number and job title.
The legal basis for such treatment is the Personal Data Act § 8a, b or f (GDPR Article 6, letters b, c and f), and § 9a, b and f (GDPR Article 9, letter a and b). Personal data is stored in a separate database. Personal data relating to inactivity in customer / supplier relationships are deleted within five years after registration. This applies unless written consent for continued storage is given.

By using the form “Contact us” at rappbomek.com, we ask you to provide your name, email address and phone number. This information is stored in our email system and in the CMS system as long as it will be relevant for us store it to provide better customer service.

The information submitted via contact forms will not be communicated to others outside of Rapp Bomek.

Rapp Bomek commits not to share your information with other parties, as well as to use it only to send news and other relevant information as specified above. Personal information about minors
Rapp Bomek does not collect information about age and does not process conscious information about children under 15 years of age.
Processing personal information related to job applicants
When submitting your CV, application and other relevant documents in connection with a job application, personal information is collected. Personal data processed in connection with recruitment include personal information as well as work and educational details.
In cases where Rapp Bomek uses recruitment service provider, the processing will be bound by data processing agreements. The information will not be used for purposes other than processes related to job search.
Personal data about job applicants will be deleted one year after they applied for a job at Rapp Bomek, unless the applicant becomes employed or agrees to retain the information for a longer period. It is emphasized that job applicants can get their information deleted whenever they wish.
We are committed to information security and have implemented procedures to ensure confidentiality and integrity in our customer’s data. Rapp Bomek has security mechanisms that involve both organizational and technical measures such as role and access management and built-in privacy requirements in our IT systems. Material containing sensitive personal information or social security number and is being transferred to or from Rapp Bomek, must always be secured against access by encryption.

Right to access
If you are registered in Rapp Bomek’s systems, you are entitled to know what information about you is registered and what security measures are available during the treatment as long as such insight does not impair security.
You may require the responsible data processor to elaborate the information as mentioned above to the extent that this is necessary in order to be able to take care of your own interests.
Right to correct and delete
If Rapp Bomek treats personal information about you that is incorrect, incomplete or unauthorized, you may, within the limits stipulated in the Personal Data Act and other legislation, require correction or deletion of this personal data. Furthermore, you may require deletion if processing of personal information is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected or if the treatment is based on your consent and you withdraw it. The treatment will be necessary if required by law.
Rapp Bomek shall respond to requests for access or other rights pursuant to sections 18, 22, 25, 27 and 28 of the Personal Information Act (GDPR Article 15, 16, 17 and 20) without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the inquiry, unless special circumstances make it impossible to respond to the request within this deadline. Rapp Bomek will provide a preliminary response with information about the reason for the delay and the probable time for when answers can be given.
You are entitled to appeal to Datatilsynet
if your personal information is processed in violation of the rules.
